Most models available in our store are vertical wine coolers with 1 or 2 doors. Smaller built-in horizontal wine coolers are also available. To choose the most suitable wine cooler for your bar or restaurant, you should also consider:

• The coating: choose between commercial wine coolers with wood or painted sheet metal coating;
• Type of shelves: wine bottles in Chefook commercial wine chillers can be placed on wooden shelves lying down or on metal shelves with bottles in a vertical position;
• Temperature: commercial wine coolers have an adjustable temperature range that varies depending on the model. Commercial dual-zone wine coolers are also available, allowing the storage of wine at different temperatures.
• Size and number of bottles: choose the commercial wine fridge for your restaurant or bar based on the number of bottles you need to accommodate. In our store, we start with small built-in wine coolers for 25 bottles, up to large coolers that can hold up to 252 bottles;
• Number of display sides: commercial wine refrigerators are available with one or more display sides depending on the model.

• Restaurant wine fridges are equipped with a new digital tele thermostat with a graphical display and interactive keyboard that allows you to control temperatures, HACCP events, detect malfunctions, and condenser clogging. You can also adjust temperatures from a smartphone or PC and modify parameters.

What are the active carbon filters in commercial wine bottle chillers for?

The active filters in commercial wine chillers are essential for purifying the air. By preventing excess humidity inside the wine cooler, they block the proliferation of bacteria that produce mold and odours, thus ensuring the preservation of the properties and flavour of the open bottle of wine.

While classic restaurant wine coolers feature static, ventilated, or Roll Bond refrigeration depending on the model, commercial wine fridges are equipped with ventilated refrigeration, achieved by using ecological gas.
