Chefook refrigerated saladette is different from the refrigerated table because the motor is located on the bottom of the cabinet, which makes it more compact; some models are also equipped with a shelf on which the food to be served can be displayed. They are particularly ideal for catering and banquets, but also for pizzeria (pizza saladette), choosing the model with the granite top.
