Roll-Bond refrigeration. Inside the cellar, cold air is distributed evenly by a tangential fan. This system helps preserve the freshness of the bottles, ensuring a constant temperature inside. Roll-Bond technology reduces energy consumption.
Automatic defrosting. With this wine cellar, you don't need an operator as the machine defrosts automatically. The cooling components are temporarily stopped to allow the melting of accumulated ice and frost. The cooling system restarts automatically once the defrosting cycle is complete.
Operating temperature. The professional wine display can maintain a temperature between +7°C and +18°C. The temperature is adjustable via a digital thermostat.
Ambient temperature. These professional Chefline wine cellars can operate correctly within an ambient temperature of 32°C (and not less than 16°C).
Ecological. The 4.5 cm CFC-free insulation and R600A gas give the professional wine cooler energy savings.
Door and shelves. The door is made of self-closing, double-glazed tempered glass. The professional wine cooler can hold up to 6 adjustable wooden shelves.
