Features of the commercial gas steam kettle 102/113 Litres, 90 cm / 35,4 in depth

The worktop, front panels and the solid 15/10 thick cooking vessel are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the bottom of the tank is made of AISI 316 20/10 stainless steel.
The feet are adjustable.

How does the gas steam kettle work?

The heat is directly transferred by low pressure steam (0,5 bar) generated inside the cavity by tubular burners equipped with a safety thermocouple and piezoelectric ignition. The water for filling and washing the container and the cavity is introduced through taps with articulated neck and discharged through a two-inch-diameter tap, operated by athermic handle.
The pressure inside the cavity is monitored by a mechanical pressure gauge with an indicator installed in the upper part of the bodywork.
You can set the power using a tap with minimum and maximum.
