The tank material is completely free of chemical compounds such as chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
Refrigeration. Static refrigeration ensures a uniform temperature inside the food refrigerated counter, which is essential for keeping food fresh and preventing bacterial growth. This passive cooling method ensures that products do not undergo temperature fluctuations, maintaining taste and quality intact.
Defrosting. The automatic stop defrosting system ensures that the deli counter maintains a constant and uniform temperature, which is essential for preserving food freshness. Regular ice removal prevents temperature variations that could alter the quality of your products.
Ambient temperature. The food refrigerated counter can be placed in an environment with a maximum ambient temperature of 25°C, with a relative humidity not exceeding 60%.
Operating temperature. The temperature between -1°C and +7°C is ideal for storing your products. This temperature range slows bacterial growth and is ideal not only for meat but also for other products such as cured meats and cheeses.
Ecological. The R290 gas improves the performance of the refrigerated counter, offers superior cooling capacity, and guarantees a stable and uniform temperature.
