Why choose a Chefook refrigerated saladette?

Material. Chefook saladettes feature a solid stainless steel structure and a galvanized steel base. The high-quality stainless steel is strong, durable, and easy to clean, thanks to the rounded internal corners designed to further facilitate dirt removal.

Thermal insulation. Our models are excellently insulated with 4 cm thick CFC-free polyurethane foam, injected at high pressure. The optimal insulation, combined with the automatic door closure equipped with magnetic gaskets, minimizes heat loss and related energy consumption.

Temperature control. You can adjust the temperature using an electronic control panel conveniently located on the front of the unit.

Automatic defrosting. No manual intervention is needed for defrosting or water evaporation; these processes are fully automated.

Ambient temperature. The operation of the refrigerated saladette is not compromised by high external temperatures or high humidity levels. The removable and tropicalized refrigeration unit can withstand external temperatures up to +40°C and humidity levels up to 60%.

Easily inspectable. The condenser can be easily inspected when necessary. The motor is equipped with an openable compartment, making maintenance and cleaning tasks simple.

Other features. The refrigeration system is static with an air agitator; it uses R452A gas and is equipped with a large 50 cm deep granite work surface and height-adjustable feet.

Standard equipment. 1 Rilsan GN 1/1 grid and 2 stainless steel guides per door.
