Why choose a Chefook professional saladette?

Static refrigeration. The static refrigeration system in the 2-door saladette is a passive cooling process that ensures even temperature distribution, contributing to optimal food preservation.

Energy saving. The 4.5 cm insulation minimizes energy waste by maintaining a cold interior. The saladette drawers are equipped with removable magnetic gaskets that help save energy by ensuring a perfect seal.

Defrosting on stop. During this procedure, the refrigeration system's compressor is temporarily stopped to allow the saladette's cooling surface to defrost.

Motor compartment. The saladette's motor compartment is easy to inspect for cleaning. Regular cleaning of the condenser filter, which is edged with a magnetic strip, is essential for optimal performance.

Eco-friendly. The refrigerated saladette uses R290 gas, known for its high cooling efficiency and minimal environmental impact.

Operating temperature. The machine operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +8°C.

Ambient temperature. The professional saladette can operate correctly in ambient temperatures of up to 36°C and should be kept away from heat sources that could compromise its operation.

Doors. The saladette's 2 doors feature automatic closing, recessed handles, and removable magnetic gaskets (easily replaceable if worn). Grid stability is ensured by the integrated "C" shaped guides. You will also receive one Rilsan GN 1/1 grid and two stainless steel "C" shaped guides per door.

Top surface. Curved glass countertop with a shelf, allowing you to create your own arrangement of trays (not included) available among the accessories.
