Features of the Chefook Saladette Model CHS3PGP

Static Refrigeration. The saladette’s static refrigeration uses passive cooling to evenly distribute temperature throughout the unit, ensuring optimal food preservation with the help of an agitator.

Energy Saving. The 4.5 cm insulation minimizes energy waste by maintaining an optimal cooling environment. The saladette fridge doors feature removable, magnetically sealed gaskets for a perfect closure, contributing to energy efficiency.

Off-Cycle Defrosting. During the defrosting process, the cooling system’s compressor temporarily stops, allowing ice to melt from the refrigerated surfaces.

Motor Compartment. The saladette counter’s motor compartment is designed for easy inspection, simplifying cleaning tasks. To ensure proper operation, regularly clean the condenser filter, which features a magnetic edge.

Eco-Friendly. The saladette uses R290 refrigerant gas, known for its high cooling efficiency and low environmental impact.

Operating Temperature. The operating temperature range is between +2°C and +8°C.

Ambient Temperature. The saladette operates effectively in environments with ambient temperatures of up to 36°C. It’s important to position it away from heat sources that could compromise its efficiency.

Doors. The saladette prep counter features 3 doors with automatic closing, recessed handles, and easily replaceable, magnetically sealed gaskets. Grid stability is ensured by integrated "C"-shaped guides. The product includes one Rilsan GN 1/1 grid and two stainless steel "C"-shaped guides per door.

Top surface. Granite top with a stainless steel backsplash, allowing you to create your own arrangement of pans (not included) available among the accessories.
