Thanks to the vents positioned on the false ceiling of the refrigerated table, cold air can flow upwards, easily reaching even the most distant areas, ensuring a uniform temperature throughout the internal space. This helps to maintain a constant and even temperature, ensuring optimal food preservation.

• Low Height. Thanks to its height of 65 cm, it can serve as support for all equipment that requires a lower base (e.g., countertop stoves/fryers, etc.).

• Energy Saving. The insulation of the professional refrigerator table is 6 cm thick, reducing waste by maintaining the cold. The drawers with removable magnetic gaskets ensure optimal closure, saving energy.

• Automatic defrosting with resistance. Useful for maintaining the correct operation of the machine without having to turn it off to melt the ice. No intervention from the operator is needed, as everything is programmed within the control unit.

• Treated evaporator. The evaporator of the professional refrigerated table is treated with an anti-corrosion coating, ensuring optimal protection for storing a wide range of products, preventing damage from perforation.

• Operating temperature. The refrigerated table is equipped with a digital thermostat that ensures an internal temperature adjustable between -2°C and +8°C. This optimal temperature range allows for ideal preservation of fresh foods such as meats, dairy, and cheese products.

• Ambient temperature. The machine is suitable for operation in ambient conditions with a maximum temperature of 38°C. It is important to keep the refrigerated table away from heat sources for its correct operation.

• Adjustable feet. Equipped with adjustable feet from 12 cm to 18 cm, allowing for precise height adjustment to find the most functional one for your activity.

• Drawers. Equipped with 4 practical fully extendable sliding drawers, capable of holding both loose products and items organized in GastroNorm containers of all sizes. The handles of the refrigerated table drawers are recessed to provide greater ease of use and cleaning. The seals are magnetic and can be easily replaced if worn.

• Display. It features an electronic display that provides clear and detailed information to accurately monitor activities. Errors are signaled via a warning message, allowing for quick intervention.
