Why choose the professional vertical slicer by Chefook?

Made in Italy. This meat slicer is entirely crafted from anodized aluminum alloy (AIMg3), ensuring food safety and resistance to acids and salts. It offers high oxidation resistance. All small components are made of stainless steel, and the blade is crafted from ground, chrome-plated, and tempered 100 Cr6 steel for precise, clean cuts. The blade guard is also made of stainless steel with a bayonet fitting. The ABS plastic knobs are food-grade. The rounded design, free of visible screws and sharp edges, makes cleaning easier and enhances the slicer's aesthetics. It also features a covered bottom and four rubber feet.

IP67 Stainless Steel Buttons. These components are designed to ensure user safety and protection during the operation of the professional slicer. The buttons are shielded against external elements such as dust and water immersion (up to one meter in depth for 30 minutes). The switch's insulation prevents direct contact with internal electrical components, reducing the risk of electric shocks.

Sliding Pin. The slicer's sliding pin is chrome-plated, ground, and lapped for enhanced corrosion resistance and smooth operation.

Bushings. The professional slicer's self-lubricating bushings reduce friction between moving parts, ensuring smooth and precise operation. Being self-lubricating, they require minimal external maintenance.

Bumpers. The carriage bumpers are made of vulcanized rubber, protecting both the slicer and the operator from accidental impacts and damage. Vulcanized rubber is durable, flexible, impact-absorbent, non-slip, and prevents scratches, dents, and breakages. The bumpers also improve carriage stability during operation.

Easy to Disassemble. The blade cover support is easily removable, simplifying cleaning and product handling. It includes a blade extractor as standard, making blade removal for cleaning more straightforward.

Sealed System. The slicer features a sealed system on the pulley, preventing the leakage of liquids and debris. This enhances the machine's safety and maintenance. The blade's solid design, without a central hole, also facilitates cleaning.

Blade-Head Distance. The distance between the blade and the slicer's head is 48 mm.

Single-Phase Motor. Equipped with a 220V single-phase motor.

Sharpener. The sharpener includes a protective bottom tray to collect metal particles during sharpening, keeping the workspace clean and protecting the operator from potential accidents.

Meat Press Arm. The slicer is equipped with a meat press arm to facilitate slicing and ensure operator safety by avoiding direct contact with the blade. The arm bracket is made of aluminum, a lightweight and corrosion-resistant material.

Cut Thickness and Surface. The slicer offers a cutting thickness of 2.9 cm and a cutting surface of 24.5 cm.

Carriage. The carriage measures 30 x 27 cm with a sliding range of 31 cm.

Dimensions. Chefook's professional slicer measures 75 x 60 x 71.5 cm and weighs 38 kg.
