Why choose the Chefook professional vertical slicer?

Made in Italy. The slicer is entirely crafted from anodized aluminum alloy (AIMg3), ensuring food safety and resistance to acids, salts, and oxidation. All small components are made of stainless steel, while the blade is constructed from 100 Cr6 tempered, chromed, and ground steel for a precise and clean cut. The deflector is also made of stainless steel with a bayonet fitting. The ABS plastic knobs are food-safe. Its rounded design, free from sharp edges or visible screws, makes cleaning easier and enhances its aesthetic appeal. Additionally, it features a lower cover and four rubber feet for added stability.

IP 67 Stainless Steel Buttons. Designed for safety and user protection, these buttons are shielded against external elements such as dust and water immersion (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). The insulated switch prevents direct contact with internal electrical components, reducing the risk of electric shock.

Sliding Pin. The chromed, ground, and polished sliding pin increases corrosion resistance and ensures smooth operation.

Self-Lubricating Bushings. These bushings reduce friction between moving parts, ensuring smooth and precise operation. Being self-lubricating, they also require less external maintenance.

Shock Absorbers. The carriage shock absorbers are made of vulcanized rubber, protecting both the slicer and the operator from accidental impacts and damage. Vulcanized rubber is durable, flexible, and anti-slip, preventing scratches, dents, or breakage while improving carriage stability.

Easy to Disassemble. The blade support cover is easily removable for thorough cleaning and for loading/unloading products. The slicer is equipped with a standard blade extractor to facilitate blade removal, making cleaning much easier for supermarket use.

Sealed System. The slicer features a sealed pulley system to prevent liquid and debris leakage, enhancing safety and maintenance. Its blade without a central hole simplifies cleaning.

Blade Movement. The blade's progressive movement in the first 3 mm of opening ensures more precise slicing of thin cuts. A sealing ring on the blade shaft prevents liquids from entering the machine.

Blade-to-Head Distance. The distance between the blade and the slicer head is 70 mm.

Single-Phase Motor. The slicer is equipped with a 220V single-phase motor.

Sharpener. The sharpener includes a protective bottom tray to collect metal particles generated during sharpening, preventing them from falling onto the work surface and protecting the operator from potential accidents.

Meat Clamp Arm. The meat clamp arm with a stainless steel bracket is easily removable. It ensures precise and secure slicing, with the spiked bracket acting as a clamp for the meat. The fixing screws allow for the adjustable positioning of the spiked bracket on the arm.

Cutting Thickness and Surface. The cutting thickness is 2.5 cm, with a cutting surface of 25 cm.

Carriage Dimensions. The carriage measures 35 x 33 cm, with a sliding range of 37 cm.

Dimensions. Chefook’s professional slicer measures 76,6 x 60 x 66,4 cm and weighs 59 kg.
