Why choose the Chefook professional gravity slicer?

Made in Italy. The professional gravity slicer is entirely crafted from anodized aluminum alloy (AIMg3), ensuring food safety and resistance to acids and salts while offering high oxidation resistance. All small components are made of stainless steel, and the blade is constructed from 100 Cr6 steel precision-ground, chrome-plated, and tempered for a clean, precise cut. The blade guard is also made of stainless steel with a bayonet fitting. The knobs are made of ABS plastic, suitable for food contact. Its rounded design, free of sharp edges and exposed screws, makes it easier to clean and more visually appealing. Additionally, it features a protective base cover and four rubber feet for stability.

IP 67 Stainless Steel Buttons. This component is designed to ensure user safety and protection during the operation of the professional slicer. The buttons are shielded against external elements such as dust and water immersion (up to one meter deep for 30 minutes). The switch's insulation prevents direct contact with internal electrical components, reducing the risk of electric shock.

Sliding Pin. The slicer's sliding pin is chrome-plated and precision-ground to enhance corrosion resistance and ensure smooth operation.

Bushings. The slicer’s self-lubricating bushings reduce friction between moving parts, ensuring smooth and precise operation. Their self-lubricating properties also minimize the need for external maintenance.

Bumpers. The carriage bumpers are made of vulcanized rubber, protecting both the slicer and the operator from accidental impacts or damage. Vulcanized rubber is durable, flexible, impact-absorbent, non-slip, and prevents scratches, dents, or breakage. The bumpers also improve the stability of the carriage during use.

Easy Disassembly. The blade support cover is easy to remove, facilitating cleaning and loading/unloading of products. The slicer comes with a standard blade extractor, simplifying blade removal for easier maintenance and cleanliness in restaurant settings.

Sealed System. The slicer features a sealed system on the pulley to prevent liquids and debris from escaping. This ensures the machine's safety and longevity. The blade without a central hole simplifies cleaning further.

Blade. The blade has a 35° angle for optimal slicing. A standard blade extractor is included, making it easy to remove the blade for thorough cleaning.

Blade-to-Head Distance. The distance between the blade and the slicer head is 41 mm, providing ample space for safe and efficient operation.

Single-Phase Motor. The slicer is equipped with a single-phase 220V motor for reliable performance.

Sharpener. The sharpener includes a lower protective tray to collect metal particles generated during the sharpening process, preventing them from falling onto the work surface. This feature also protects the operator from potential accidents while sharpening the blade.

Cutting Thickness and Surface. The slicer offers a cutting thickness of up to 2.3 cm and a cutting surface of 25 cm.

Carriage. The carriage measures 30.5 x 27 cm, with a sliding stroke of 31 cm.

Dimensions. The Chefook professional slicer measures 71 x 57 x 53.5 cm and weighs 37 kg.
