  • Made in Italy. This commercial fresh pasta machine is crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel and proudly Made in Italy, ensuring exceptional durability. The interlocked lid, auger, extrusion head, and locking ring are all made of stainless steel, supported by a self-supporting structure with four stainless steel wheels. Designed for large restaurants, canteens, or small production facilities, this machine is practical, easy to use, and effortless to clean.
  • Functionality. Our professional pasta machine allows you to produce fresh pasta of the highest quality. The powerful mixing paddle (easily removable for cleaning) ensures a perfectly blended dough, while the liquid ingredients can be added through the hopper conveniently placed on the stainless steel lid, which is also removable for easier cleaning.
  • Motor. Equipped with a ventilated motor and oil-bath gears, this machine reduces strain and optimizes performance, delivering excellent results for any type of dough. The motor remains cool even when turned off, thanks to a timed forced ventilation system.
  • Safety. Safety is ensured by the stainless steel controls with an IP67 protection rating, preventing the infiltration of liquids or solids (like water and flour) that could damage internal circuits.
  • Pasta Dies (sold separately). Expand your pasta-making possibilities with a wide range of dies available as accessories, allowing you to produce all your favorite pasta shapes.
