Features of the CHLPC100A Commercial Pass-Through/Hood-Type Dishwasher

Made in Italy. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, this hood type dishwasher ensures durability and reliability. The wash arms in polypropylene and fiberglass are easily removable for optimal cleaning.

Optimized wash cycles. Offers 5 washing programs with durations of 120, 180, or 600 seconds and temperatures between 50°C and 60°C. The SoftStart system gradually activates the arms to reduce hydraulic shock, while the Thermostop function ensures perfect rinsing at 82°C.

Recommended installation pressure. The water pressure should be between 2 and 5 bar for optimal performance.

Electronic control panel. Easy to use, it allows selection of 5 preset wash cycles, including the Energy Saving program which provides an ECO wash at 50°C lasting 5 minutes. The display alerts the user in case of anomalies for safe use.

Complete set of accessories. Includes peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers, 2 square baskets (50x50 cm) – one for plates and one for glasses (max height 42 cm) – and 1 cutlery holder.

Double filtration system. The reinforced polypropylene filters with fiberglass protect the machine and are easy to remove and clean.

Energy-saving performance. After 20 minutes of inactivity, the thermostat automatically deactivates the heating elements to reduce energy consumption. A flashing Start light indicates standby mode and allows quick reactivation with a single touch.

Tank capacity. The tank has a total capacity of 20 liters.

Dimensions. The hood dishwasher measures Width: 74.7 cm, Depth: 85.7 cm, and Height: 148/195.2 cm.
