The Italian-made pozzetti gelato case “Dark” features a refined vintage design and offers a compact, practical, and highly functional solution for artisan gelato storage. It’s designed to hold 6 round gelato tubs for serving and 6 additional tubs in reserve (not visible), each with a 7.5-litre capacity. Equipped with concealed swivel casters, it can be easily moved—making it ideal for bars, restaurants, and gelato shops.

Key Features of the 6 + 6 Pozzetti Gelato Counter “Dark”

Made in Italy. The pozzetti gelato counter has a clean, durable structure. The cabinet features a black and grey finish with glitter details and a grey baseboard, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability—ideal for gelato preservation.

Static refrigeration and manual defrost. The static cooling system uses natural air circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. Defrosting is manual for full control during maintenance.

Ambient operating temperature. Suitable for environments with temperatures up to 30°C. For best results, avoid direct exposure to heat sources.

Eco-friendly refrigerant. This cabinet uses R290 refrigerant gas, which is both energy efficient and environmentally friendly, helping to reduce electricity consumption.

Capacity. Designed to hold 6 + 6 round gelato tubs of 7.5 litres each, it provides ample space for flavour rotation while maintaining a stable temperature throughout.

Removable top lid. The tank lid is easy to remove, allowing for quick access to the tubs and making daily cleaning faster and more efficient.

Air stirrer for temperature uniformity. A built-in air agitation system ensures consistent internal temperature, avoiding fluctuations between tubs and guaranteeing even preservation.

Heated rim around the tub openings. A built-in heating element around the tub lids prevents condensation and keeps lids from sticking, improving usability during high-demand periods.

Electronic thermostat. Allows precise adjustment of the internal temperature between -5°C and -20°C, ensuring optimal conditions for gelato storage.

Dimensions. The unit measures 104.5 cm in width, 66.1 cm in depth, and 97.6 cm in height.

Optional accessories. Available extras include: shock-resistant plexiglass riser with service top, flavour tag holders, and scoop washer—for a tidy and professional gelato display.
