Using a stainless steel beaker, the Pacojet processes frozen ingredients without prior defrosting, finely blending them while preserving nutrients and flavors. How Does the Pacojet 4 Work?

Insert the stainless steel beaker with the pre-frozen product into the plastic holder under the blade. Select the desired portion number on the intuitive touchscreen display; you can set up to 10 portions and divide them into tenths if needed. Finally, press the START button. The frozen product will be transformed into a pâté, sauce, sorbet, or ice cream with a creamy consistency. It can be used for both hot and cold preparations.

Simply place the green blade holder and stainless steel beaker in position, attach them to the Pacojet 4, and run the machine for a few minutes.

End-of-Day Cleaning

End-of-day cleaning is essential to ensure hygiene and proper maintenance. Use rotating brushes immersed in water and vinegar, or sanitize them directly in the stainless steel beaker. Attach the beaker to the Pacojet 4 and run the machine for a few minutes. This operation should be performed at the end of each day or whenever more than an hour has passed between uses. This guarantees a long-lasting and optimal performance for your Pacojet 4.
