Features of the CHAB7-30TOP 7-Tray Multifunction Blast Chiller

Material. The outer shell and inner chamber of the multifunction blast chiller are made from AISI 304 stainless steel; the exterior is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, while the interior features a polished finish.

Ventilated refrigeration. The ventilated refrigeration system in this professional multifunction blast chiller ensures that cold air is evenly distributed throughout the entire surface via dedicated slots.

Manual defrosting. The defrosting of the cooling surface is achieved by temporarily stopping the compressor, with the condensation being collected in the provided tray.

Energy saving. The professional multifunction blast chiller features removable magnetic gaskets and 7 cm of insulation to ensure excellent cold retention.

Treated evaporator. The evaporator is treated with a cathodic electrocoating (cataphoresis) for anti-corrosion protection. Cataphoresis is an electrochemical coating process where an object is submerged in an electrolytic solution, and an electric current is used to deposit a uniform layer of material on its surface. The cataphoresis-treated evaporator contributes to efficient and reliable operation of the professional blast chiller.

Gas. This blast chiller uses R452a gas.

Ambient temperature. The maximum ambient temperature in which the multifunction blast chiller can operate efficiently is 32°C. Keeping the machine away from direct heat sources is essential for optimal performance.

Ease of cleaning. It is easy to clean thanks to the rounded internal and external corners and the space beneath the evaporator.

Core probe included. The included core probe is crucial for monitoring the internal temperature of food, ensuring quality and food safety by preventing the growth and multiplication of bacteria.

Dual-purpose tray supports. The installed tray supports are dual-purpose, accommodating both GN 1/1 trays (53 x 32.5 cm) and pastry trays (60 x 40 cm).

Chilling, freezing, and defrosting cycles. This professional multifunction blast chiller features a chilling cycle to +3°C, a freezing cycle to -18°C with the core probe, or timed cycles with automatic preservation mode. The defrosting cycle is useful for bringing food from -18°C to +3°C.

Pre-installed cycles. The machine includes pre-installed cycles for ice cream hardening, raw fish sanitization, and allows the most frequently used cycles to be added to the "favorites" section. It is also suitable for ventilated refrigeration and cooking of your products.

Slow cooking. The multifunction blast chiller can be used for slow cooking food (+65°C) with ventilation and humidity control.

Combined sequences. It provides the ability to create combined sequences to initiate different processing cycles.

Proofing. The blast chiller is also ideal for proofing pastries and baked goods, with customizable stages.

Display. Key information and warning messages are displayed through an electronic panel, which is useful for verifying operations and troubleshooting issues. The multifunction blast chiller also features an end-of-cycle buzzer that alerts you when the chilling cycle is complete, allowing you to remove the chilled food.

Adjustable feet. Equipped with adjustable feet, which are important for setting the machine's height according to your needs.

Dimensions. The professional blast chiller has a width of 79.8 cm, a depth of 81,5 cm, and a height adjustable from 99.5 cm to 102.5 cm thanks to the adjustable feet.
