Chilling, freezing, and defrosting cycles. This professional multifunction blast chiller features a chilling cycle to +3°C, a freezing cycle to -18°C with the core probe, or timed cycles with automatic preservation mode. The defrosting cycle is useful for bringing food from -18°C to +3°C.

Pre-installed cycles. The machine includes pre-installed cycles for ice cream hardening, raw fish sanitization, and allows the most frequently used cycles to be added to the "favorites" section. It is also suitable for ventilated refrigeration and cooking of your products.

Display. Key information and warning messages are displayed through an electronic panel, which is useful for verifying operations and troubleshooting issues. The multifunction blast chiller also features an end-of-cycle buzzer that alerts you when the chilling cycle is complete, allowing you to remove the chilled food.
