Features of the Mantova Open Display Fridge CHMA3R000

Made in Italy. The technology, design, and production of our commercial multideck fridge are entirely Made in Italy. The stainless steel used in its construction makes it suitable for storing cold cuts, dairy products, or fresh produce like fruits and vegetables. Thanks to a cataphoresis treatment, the refrigerated display case boasts enhanced resistance to chemical and environmental corrosion.

Refrigeration and defrosting. The multideck chiller features ventilated cooling, ensuring cold air is evenly distributed throughout the interior for optimal food preservation. It also has an automatic stop defrost system. During normal operation, the compressor is active, and refrigerant circulates to maintain the desired internal temperature. However, when ice or frost accumulates on interior surfaces, the defrost system temporarily halts the compressor, allowing the ice to melt. This ensures efficient maintenance and minimizes equipment downtime.

Temperature. The operating temperature ranges from +4°C to +8°C, ideal for dairy products, cold cuts, packaged foods, or fresh products like fruits and vegetables. The optimal ambient temperature for this multideck display fridge should not exceed 25°C (with relative humidity not exceeding 60%).

Energy efficiency. This multideck chiller with doors uses R290 gas, known for reducing energy consumption and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.

LED lighting and electronic control. The multideck fridge includes integrated horizontal LED lighting and an electronic controller for temperature regulation.

Shelves and dimensions. The open display refrigerator is equipped with 3 shelves measuring 20/25/30 cm respectively. The dimensions are 100/120/150 x 76 x 133 cm.
