Features of the Chefook automatic manual meat tenderizer machine

This commercial italian meat tenderizer is composed of two knives liftout units, driven by a motor with a double reduction system, equipped with hundreds blades that, at the moment of ignition, shred the hard parts of the meat such as tendons, nerves and layers of cartilage, making it softer both during cutting and after cooking. Slicing unit available too.
The knives unit is easily removable, making it easy to clean.
The details of the machine and the liftout knives units are in stainless steel.
