Characteristics of the 10 x 5-litre tub ice cream display freezer

This commercial ice cream freezer is equipped with a practical upper structure with flat glass used as a support surface.
The reserve compartment with self-closing door has a capacity of 12 x 5-litre tubs, while the display compartment of 10 x 5-litre tubs that are protected by sliding lids and illuminated by an led light.
Thanks to the 4 pivoting wheels it can be moved easily.
Through the mechanical thermostat it is possible to adjust the temperature from -15°C to -20°C.
The condensation evaporation system is automatic.
The tank is cooled by static cooling of the walls.
