Features of the food processor grinder

Made in Italy. This commercial food processor is crafted from AISI 430 stainless steel. It features a sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel bowl with a thermal bottom and handles. Ideal for meats, fish, and vegetables, it is also versatile for many other processing tasks.

Compact Design. The motor and bowl are positioned side by side, providing greater insulation between the two and making the machine more compact. The blades are powered by high-performance ventilated motors.

Dosing Opening. The commercial food processor includes a convenient opening in the lid for dosing. You can monitor the preparation process without stopping the machine to add oil, salt, pepper, or any other ingredient during operation.

Lid. Equipped with a high-strength transparent Lexan lid.

Safety. For your utmost safety, a double microswitch has been installed at the lid locking mechanism. This prevents the machine from starting unless it is securely in place. Additionally, maximum protection is ensured against liquid infiltration at the shaft.

Hub. The hub is equipped with robust curved blades made of tempered steel. Optional hubs are available with perforated, serrated blades, or blades designed for pesto and doughs.
