Features of the food processor grinder

Made in Italy. This horizontal commercial food processor is crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel. It features a sturdy, removable AISI 304 stainless steel bowl. Ideal for meats, fish, and vegetables, it is also versatile for many other processing tasks.

Compact Design. The motor and bowl are positioned side by side, providing greater insulation between the two and making the machine more compact. The blades are powered by a robust ventilated asynchronous motor.

Dosing Opening. The professional vegetable cutter includes a convenient opening in the lid for dosing. You can monitor the preparation process without stopping the machine to add oil, salt, pepper, or any other ingredient during operation.

Lid. Equipped with a stainless steel lid featuring a high-resistance Kepital food-grade dome. The interlocked lid is easily removable to facilitate cleaning and sanitization.

Safety. For your utmost safety, a single microswitch has been installed at the lid locking mechanism. This prevents the machine from starting unless it is securely in place. Additionally, maximum protection is ensured against liquid infiltration at the shaft.

Controls. The professional kitchen cutter is equipped with controls featuring IP 67 stainless steel buttons, ensuring complete protection against dust ingress and temporary water immersion.

Hub. The hub comes with 3 standard blades, which are easily removable (configurable to 2 blades). Optional hubs are available with unsharpened, serrated, or beveled blades.
