  • Made in Italy. The cooking chamber of the electric oven for restaurants is made of AISI 304 10/10 stainless steel. It also features a bidirectional motor and can be stacked to maximize space in your kitchen.
     
  • IPX4. The IPX4 classification ensures the professional electric oven is protected against water splashes.
     
  • CB Certification. This certification guarantees compliance with international electrical safety standards.
     
  • Direct Steam. The direct steam of this convection electric oven increases humidity inside the oven during cooking. This is particularly useful for baking products such as bread, pastries, and meat, which benefit from a humid environment for optimal results. Direct steam helps create a golden and crispy crust on baked goods while retaining moisture inside the food, keeping it soft and juicy. The steam is adjustable via a 5-position knob.
     
  • Door. The oven door, with right-side opening, features inspectable glass, allowing the operator to monitor the cooking process without opening the door and interrupting the thermal flow. It also includes a recessed gasket for improved sealing and thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and ensuring greater energy efficiency.
     
  • Temperature. The temperature range is between 100°C and 270°C, adjustable via a thermostat.
     
  • Control Panel. The control panel of the restaurant oven is electromechanical and located at the bottom of the machine.
     
  • Capacity and Dimensions. This professional convection oven can accommodate 5 trays/grids GN 2/3 (not included). The guide spacing is 8 cm, and it weighs 41.2 kg. The width is 55 cm, the depth is 75.4 cm, and the height is 66.2 cm.
