  • Made in Italy. The cooking chamber of the electric oven for bars and small restaurants is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Moreover, it features 2 single-direction motors and can be stacked to maximize space in your kitchen.
     
  • IPX4. The IPX4 rating ensures the protection of the oven against water splashes.
     
  • CB Certification. This certification guarantees that the product complies with international electrical safety standards.
     
  • Indirect Humidification. Indirect humidification in a small professional electric oven refers to a method of generating steam inside the cooking chamber without the steam coming into direct contact with the food. The generated steam is then introduced into the oven's cooking chamber through a distribution system. It allows better control of the humidity inside the oven during cooking, improving the quality and consistency of food without compromising crispness or browning. Indirect humidification is particularly useful for baking products such as bread, pastries, and some delicate dishes that require a humid environment for optimal results. The steam is controlled by a touch-sensitive selector.
     
  • Door. The oven door, with a drop-down opening, is equipped with an inspection glass that allows the operator to observe the cooking process without opening the door and interrupting the heat flow inside the oven. It also features a recessed gasket that offers better sealing and thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and ensuring greater energy efficiency.
     
  • Cooling System. The oven has a forced cooling system for the internal components, which helps protect them from damage due to high temperatures and prolongs the life of the machine over time.
     
  • Temperature. The temperature range is between 30°C and 260°C, easily verifiable via a digital probe. The preset temperature is 180°C, the oven can be programmed to turn on, and preheating is available.
     
  • Control Panel. The control panel of the bar oven is touch-sensitive and located on the bottom of the machine.
     
  • Programs. This oven for bars and small restaurants contains 100 programs and the ability to program up to 5 phases.
     
  • Capacity and Dimensions. This ventilated bar oven can hold 4 GN 1/1 trays/grids, the guide pitch is 7.3 cm, and it weighs 50.6 kg. The width is 78.4 cm, the depth is 75.4 cm, and the height is 50.4 cm.
