  • Made in Italy. The cooking chamber of this electric oven for bars and small gastronomy businesses is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. It has two unidirectional motors and is stackable to maximize space in your kitchen.
     
  • IPX4. The IPX4 rating ensures protection against water splashes.
     
  • CB Certification. This certification guarantees compliance with international electrical safety standards.
     
  • Indirect Humidification. Indirect humidification refers to the method of generating steam within the cooking chamber without direct contact with the food. It allows better control of humidity during cooking, enhancing food quality and consistency.
     
  • Door. The drop-down door features inspectable glass, allowing operators to monitor the cooking process without opening the door.
     
  • Cooling System. The oven has a forced cooling system for internal components to prevent damage from high temperatures.
     
  • Temperature. The temperature range is from 30°C to 260°C, adjustable via a digital probe. The pre-set temperature is 180°C, and there is a programmable preheating function.
     
  • Control Panel. The touch control panel is located at the lower part of the oven.
     
  • Programs. The oven includes 100 programs and allows up to 5 programmable phases.
