  • Made in Italy. The cooking chamber of the electric oven for bars and small gastronomies is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Additionally, it features 2 unidirectional motors and can be stacked to maximize space in your kitchen.

  • CB Certification. This certification guarantees the product complies with international electrical safety standards.
     
  • Indirect Humidification. Indirect humidification in a small professional electric oven refers to a method of generating steam inside the cooking chamber without direct contact with the food. The generated steam is introduced into the cooking chamber through a distribution system. This allows for better control of humidity during cooking, enhancing food quality and texture without compromising crispness or browning. The steam is regulated via a button.
     
  • Door. The oven door, with a drop-down opening, is equipped with inspectable glass, allowing the operator to observe the cooking process without opening the door and interrupting the thermal flow inside. It also features a recessed gasket for better sealing and thermal insulation, reducing heat dispersion and improving energy efficiency.
     
  • Cooling System. The croissant oven has a forced cooling system for its internal components, protecting them from damage due to high temperatures and extending the machine's lifespan.
     
  • Temperature. The temperature range is between 100°C and 260°C, adjustable via a thermostat.
     
  • Control Panel. The control panel of the bar croissant oven is electromechanical and located on the lower part of the machine.
