The Chefook dough divider is ideal for dividing portions of pizza and bread dough quickly, without the physical effort otherwise required for large quantities of dough.
Included is a cone with 5 reduction bushings, these, combined with the cutting sensor adjustment, allow adjustment to various weights:
- 4 cm = 50 g / 90 g
- 4,5 cm = 80 g / 130 g
- 5 cm = 120 g / 180 g
- 5,5 cm = 170 g / 230 g
- 6 cm = 220 g / 300 g
Safety is ensured by the presence of two safety microswitches that prevent the operation of moving parts if the machine is not closed. There is also an emergency mushroom in the front panel in case of need.
Easily disassembled to ensure complete cleaning of the screw, central shaft and extrusion cone.
