Washing Cycle. This Industrial dishwasher offers 6 different wash cycles, with durations of 120, 180, or 600 seconds, and operating temperatures between 50°C and 60°C.
The “SoftStart” system gradually increases the speed of the wash arms, reducing the risk of damage to delicate dishes. Thanks to the “Thermostop” function, the rinse cycle starts only when the water reaches 82°C, ensuring perfect hygiene. The drain pump of the commercial dishwasher can expel water up to a height of 1 meter.
During installation, water pressure should be between 2 and 5 bar.
Included Accessories. The Chefook industrial dishwasher machine comes with built-in peristaltic dispensers for detergent and rinse aid. Additionally, you will receive:
Two 50x50 cm square baskets (one for plates and one for glasses, with a maximum dish height of 34 cm).
One cutlery holder.
Eco Mode. The ECO function automatically turns off the heating elements after 20 minutes of inactivity. In this mode, the “Start” indicator light blinks to signal standby mode. To restart the commercial dishwasher, simply press the “Start” button again.
Tank Capacity. The tank capacity is 17 liters.
