Features of the Chefook CHLP50EV Commercial Dishwasher

Made in Italy. This commercial catering dishwasher is manufactured in Italy using high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its strength and durability. The wash arms are made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene and are easily removable for thorough cleaning. Additionally, the double-walled door enhances insulation for better energy efficiency.

Washing Cycle. This Industrial dishwasher offers 5 different wash cycles, with durations of 120, 180, or 600 seconds, and operating temperatures between 50°C and 60°C.
The “SoftStart” system gradually increases the speed of the wash arms, reducing the risk of damage to delicate dishes. Thanks to the “Thermostop” function, the rinse cycle starts only when the water reaches 82°C, ensuring perfect hygiene.
During installation, water pressure should be between 2 and 5 bar.
Electronic Controls. The electronic controls allow you to select one of the 5 preset wash programs, including the ECO “Energy Saving” mode, which uses a 50°C temperature for a 5-minute cycle. The integrated display provides real-time alerts for any malfunctions, simplifying maintenance.
Included Accessories. The Chefook industrial dishwasher machine comes with built-in peristaltic dispensers for detergent and rinse aid. Additionally, you will receive:

Two 50x50 cm square baskets (one for plates and one for glasses, with a maximum dish height of 34 cm).

One cutlery holder.

Double Filter System. The filters are made of polypropylene reinforced with 30% fiberglass, increasing their strength and durability. Both filters are interlocking, easy to remove, and simple to clean.
Eco Mode. The ECO function automatically turns off the heating elements after 20 minutes of inactivity. In this mode, the “Start” indicator light blinks to signal standby mode. To restart the commercial dishwasher, simply press the “Start” button again.

Tank Capacity. The tank capacity is 17 liters.
Dimensions. The commercial dishwasher has a width of 57.5 cm, a depth of 60 cm, and a height of 80.5 cm.
