Chefook meat mixer features

This mince meat mixer is solid and robust thanks to the stainless steel aisi 304 used to built it.
Easy to clean! The stainless steel blade can be removed easily and without tools thanks also to the openable front door to use in order to extract the mixed meat.
The IP54 controls are resistant to dust infiltration and water splashes. The gears of the tank, the reducer and the crankcase will not suffer damage due to infiltration thanks to a protection system with double oil seals.
It is equipped with an oil-bath gear reducer with hardened and ground helical gears that reduce the turns of the engine thus increasing its power.
The mixers for meat with a capacity of 30 kg and 50 kg have as optional the possibility of installing both stainless steel legs of different heights with wheels.
Safe to use: a safety system prevents the engine from running if the lid is not properly closed.
