Operating Temperature. The tunnel pizza oven can reach an operating temperature of 350°C. Both the bed and ceiling temperatures are independently adjustable using dedicated thermostats.

Digital Thermometer. Featuring a 7" touchscreen digital controller, this professional pizza oven offers precise control over all functions. The intelligent heat management system with automatic temperature modulation ensures optimal performance, even during peak hours. An electromechanical fume valve is included. By setting your desired temperature, the controller will automatically activate the ceiling and bed heating elements to reach the target temperature. You can also adjust the conveyor belt speed and direction, from 1 minute to a maximum of 20 minutes. Additionally, the oven offers timer and delayed start functions.

Door. The front door of the tunnel oven, equipped with double tempered glass, is designed for products requiring shorter cooking times. The two side openings feature adjustable partitions, allowing you to customize the cooking chamber for various products and retain heat for longer cooking times.
