Ventilated refrigeration. In this professional refrigerator utilizes a fan to evenly distribute cold air throughout the unit. This system helps maintain a constant and uniform temperature throughout the internal space, ensuring optimal food preservation and eliminating significant temperature variations between different shelves or areas.
Energy Saving. The energy consumption of this professional upright refrigerator is minimized thanks to 8 cm of insulation that efficiently retains cold temperatures. The door with removable magnetic gaskets and the "Thermal-braker" plastic anti-condensation system as a body frame for a perfect seal also contribute to energy savings.
Hot Gas Defrosting. During hot gas defrosting, the system's refrigerant is temporarily diverted through an alternative circuit, where the gas is compressed and heated. The hot gas is then directed to the evaporator, heating the surface and melting accumulated ice. Once defrosting is complete, the system returns to normal cooling mode. This method offers several advantages, including energy savings, reduced defrosting times, and the ability to perform defrosting without interrupting the cooling process.
Ambient Temperature. This indicates that the professional refrigerator is designed to operate efficiently in an environment with a maximum temperature of 38°C. Even if the external temperature reaches 38°C, the refrigerator is designed to maintain a suitable internal temperature for safe food storage. However, it is important to keep the appliance away from heat sources and excessively hot environments to ensure proper functioning.
Treated Evaporator.The evaporator is treated with an anti-corrosion coating to accommodate any type of product and prevent perforation.
Eco-friendly. This refrigerator uses R290 gas, which offers high cooling performance and a low environmental impact. These features contribute to low energy consumption.
Operating Temperature. The refrigerator is designed to maintain an internal temperature between -2°C and +8°C, thanks to the digital thermostat. This temperature range is ideal for storing fresh food such as meat, dairy products, and cheeses.
Dimensions. The refrigerator is 70 cm wide, 82 cm deep, and 205 cm high.
Door. The door is foamed with cyclopentane and features an automatic closure and lock. The removable door gasket is magnetic for easy replacement. The internal guides are molded and come with 3 Rilsan GN 2/1 grids and a bottom shelf for improved air circulation.

LED Lights. The refrigerator is equipped with an integrated LED lighting system for better visibility of stored products, making it easier to locate and organize food.

Display. The refrigerator features an electronic controller that displays key information, allowing for precise monitoring of operations. In case of errors, a warning message will appear on the display.
