Why buy a Chefook’s CHAF45P uprtight fridge?

Ventilated Refrigeration. The ventilated refrigeration in this professional refrigerator uses a fan to evenly distribute cold air throughout the unit. This system helps to maintain a constant and uniform temperature throughout the interior, ensuring that food is stored optimally and that there are no significant temperature differences between the various shelves or areas of the cabinet.
Energy Saving. Waste from the professional upright refrigerator is minimized thanks to 7 cm of insulation, which allows for optimal cold retention. The door with removable magnetic gaskets and the "Thermal-braker" plastic anti-condensation system as a body frame for a perfect seal also contribute to energy saving.

Hot Gas Defrosting. In hot gas defrosting, the system's refrigerant is temporarily diverted through an alternative circuit, where the gas is compressed and heated. The hot gas is then sent to the evaporator, where it heats the surface and melts the accumulated ice. Once defrosting is complete, the system returns to normal cooling mode. This method offers several advantages over other methods, such as energy saving, reduced defrosting times, and the ability to perform it without interrupting the cooling process.

Ambient Temperature. This indicates that the professional refrigerator is designed to operate effectively in an environment with a maximum temperature of 38°C. This means that even if the external temperature can rise up to 38°C, the refrigerator is designed to maintain a suitable internal temperature to safely store food. However, it is important to keep the appliance away from heat sources and excessively hot environments to ensure proper operation.

Treated Evaporator. Evaporator treated with an anti-corrosion coating, to accommodate any type of product and prevent perforation.

Eco-friendly. This professional refrigerator uses R290 gas, which offers high cooling performance and low environmental impact. Thanks to these features, it contributes to low energy consumption.

Operating Temperature. -2°/+8°C indicates that the refrigerator is designed to maintain an internal temperature between -2°C and +8°C, thanks to the digital thermostat. This temperature range is ideal for storing fresh food such as meat, dairy products, and cheeses.

Door. The door is foamed with cyclopentane and has an automatic closure and lock. The removable door gasket is magnetic and can be easily replaced if worn. The internal guides are molded and come with 3 Rilsan grids 53 x 55 and a bottom shelf with support for better air circulation.

LED Lights. The refrigerator is equipped with an integrated lighting system. The LED light improves the visibility of stored products, making it easier to locate food and organize its contents.

Display. The refrigerator has an electronic controller that shows the main information, allowing for more precise and detailed monitoring of operations. In case of an error, a warning message will be displayed on the screen, allowing you to intervene to solve the problem.
