High-quality construction. The body of this commercial electric dumpling steamer is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish. The worktop, featuring a rounded edge design, is also made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The lower compartment is open, and the knob is made of heat-resistant material for added safety.

Steam tank. The GN 1/1 + 1/3 tank has a capacity of 38 liters and is stamped from AISI 304 stainless steel. Rounded corners ensure easy cleaning, and an overflow drain is built in.

Automatic heating. The heating elements only activate when the tank is completely filled with water, reducing waste and ensuring safe operation.

Water refill system. Water can be refilled automatically or manually. If the automatic filling system is not in use, a manual refill control is available in the lower compartment.

Professional lid. The perforated lid is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and designed to accommodate traditional bamboo baskets. It also includes a gasket to ensure perfect steam sealing during cooking.
