Washing Cycle. With this professional object washer, you will have the option to choose from 6 different washing cycles. The duration varies based on the preselected cycle and can be: 120/180 or 240 seconds, with a temperature between 50°C and 60°C. With the “SoftStart” wash start system, the arms start operating slowly and then gradually increase to maximum speed. This washer will ensure excellent rinsing thanks to the “Thermostop” function, where the machine will only start once it reaches 82°C. The water pressure at installation should be between 2 and 5 bar.

Electronic Controls. The electronic controls of the object washer allow you to choose between 6 preset washing programs, including the “Energy Saving” program; an ECO program with a tub temperature of 50°C for a 5-minute cycle. Additionally, the display indicates any machine anomalies.

Included. The peristaltic dispensers for detergent and rinse aid are included. Additionally, with the Chefook object washer, you will receive 1 stainless steel 60x50 basket (maximum tray/utensil height 39 cm) and 1 50x50 basket + cutlery holder.

Double Filter. The filters of the object washer are made of polypropylene and feature 30% glass fiber to increase their durability. Both filters are snap-in, easy to remove for simplified cleaning.

Eco-friendly. This professional object washer is equipped with a preset function where the thermostat automatically turns off the heaters after 20 minutes of inactivity. In this case, the “Start” light will blink, and to restart the machine, you simply need to press the “Start” button again.
