Made in Italy. The structure of the full-plate is entirely made of AISI 304 Scotch-brite stainless steel, and the top work surface is made of AISI 304 12/10 stainless steel with an integrated smoke exhaust. You can separately purchase two hinged doors to close the base of the kitchen.

Plate. The plate is smooth, made of semi-soft steel, 12.0 mm thick. The central part is removable for easy cleaning.

Burner. A powerful 15 kW burner under the cooking surface allows the surface to heat up quickly. It uses the temperature difference between the center and the edges to allow for various cooking phases; you can also use the surface to heat dry foods such as sandwiches or piadinas.

Valve. You can regulate the intensity of the heat of the professional cooking plate with a valve on the front, to always have full control over the cooking type for your dishes.

Gas oven. The door and the counter-door of the professional oven are made of AISI 304 stainless steel to guarantee maximum hygiene and long-term durability. The inner chamber is made of AISI 430 steel for maximum robustness and easy cleaning. The static professional gas oven with burner and piezo-electric ignition has a power of 7.9 kW and can accommodate grids or trays of size GN 2/1 (53 x 65 cm). It is also equipped as standard with a tilt-proof grid and a high-strength stainless steel handle.
