What are the advantages of the Chefook professional counter fridge?

Ventilated refrigeration. Cold air is evenly distributed inside the stainless steel refrigerated table. Thanks to the vents positioned on the false ceiling of the refrigerated table, cold air can flow upwards, easily reaching even the most distant areas, ensuring a uniform temperature throughout the internal space. This helps to maintain a constant and even temperature, ensuring optimal food preservation.

Energy saving. The 2-door refrigerated table has 4 cm insulation, reducing waste by maintaining the cold. The drawers with removable magnetic seals ensure optimal closure, saving energy.

Automatic defrosting with resistance. Useful for maintaining the correct operation of the machine without having to turn it off to melt the ice. No intervention from the operator is needed, as everything is programmed within the control unit.

Treated evaporator. The evaporator of the professional refrigerated table is treated with an anti-corrosion coating, ensuring optimal protection for storing a wide range of products, preventing damage from perforation.

Motor compartment. Easily accessible and inspectable, speeding up cleaning. Additionally, the condenser is equipped with a filter with a magnetic edge (to be cleaned periodically) to ensure the correct operation of the machine.

Eco-friendly. This refrigerated table is powered by R290 gas, known for its refrigeration capability and minimal environmental impact.

Operating temperature. The refrigerated table is equipped with a digital thermostat that ensures an internal temperature adjustable between 0°C and +8°C. This optimal temperature range allows for ideal preservation of fresh foods such as meats, dairy, and cheese products.

Ambient temperature. The machine is suitable for operation in ambient conditions with a maximum temperature of 38°C. It is important to keep the refrigerated table away from heat sources for its correct operation.

Adjustable feet. Equipped with adjustable feet from 13,5 cm to 18,5 cm, allowing for precise height adjustment to find the most functional one for your activity.

Doors. The professional refrigerated table is equipped with 2 doors with automatic closure, whose handles are recessed to make use and cleaning more practical. The removable magnetic seals on the doors are easily replaceable if worn out. Additionally, the provided grill will never tip over as it is supported by the "C" guides already installed inside the table. These features contribute to making the refrigerated table efficient and easy to use and maintain. Supplied with 1 GN 1/1 Rilsan Grid and 2 stainless steel "C" guides for the door.

Sink. The sink has dimensions of 34 x 34 x 20 cm, providing a dedicated area for washing and draining utensils or food, making kitchen work more convenient and efficient. Its position allows easy and quick access to ingredients stored in the table itself, minimizing movement during meal preparation. The mixer is not included.

Backsplash. The table has a raised edge of 10 centimeters. This riser can serve various purposes; it can prevent liquid from spilling over the table, keeping the surrounding area cleaner and safer; it can prevent objects or utensils from accidentally falling off the table, reducing the risk of damage or injury.

Display. It features an electronic display that provides clear and detailed information to accurately monitor activities. Errors are signaled via a warning message, allowing for quick intervention.
