Made in Italy. Sturdiness ensured by the AISI 304 18/10 worktop, 1.2 mm thick, with large-capacity spill-resistant wells. The AISI 304 stainless steel front guarantees long-lasting durability and maximum hygiene for your professional gas cooktop.
Burners. The two burners are made of chromed cast iron with a pilot flame, crafted in a single mold. The professional burners include one single-crown burner of 5.5 kW and one double-crown burner of 7.4 kW, allowing you to heat any cookware evenly. Thanks to the pilot flame, you can open and close the knobs with minimal gas consumption, optimizing time and promoting energy savings.
Knobs. The front knobs on the 90 cm professional cooktop are heat-resistant and allow you to adjust the flame intensity as desired, enabling any type of cooking.
Complete disassembly. The burners can be fully disassembled, and the tray underneath can be removed, making maintenance and cleaning operations simple and quick, ensuring maximum cleanliness and hygiene for your professional cooktop.
Safety. A safety thermocouple in this professional gas cooktop prevents gas leaks when the pilot flame is off, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
