  • Made in Italy. This commercial fresh pasta machine is crafted with high-quality 304 stainless steel, proudly Made in Italy, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability. The interlocking lid, auger, mouth, and ring are all made of stainless steel, while its self-supporting structure with four stainless steel wheels guarantees practicality and mobility. This professional pasta machine is highly recommended for large restaurants, cafeterias, or small workshops looking for a practical, easy-to-use, and easy-to-clean solution.
  • Usage. Our professional pasta machine allows you to produce fresh pasta of the highest quality. The dough is perfectly blended thanks to the high-performance kneading blade (which is easily removable for cleaning). Liquid ingredients can be added during mixing through the hopper, conveniently located on the stainless steel lid and designed to be removable for effortless cleaning.
  • Motor. The ventilated motor features oil-bath gears that reduce speed and strain, enhancing its power and ensuring outstanding performance when working with any type of dough. Even when the machine is turned off, the motor remains cooled thanks to a timed forced ventilation system.
  • Safety. Safety is ensured by stainless steel controls with an IP67 protection rating, preventing the infiltration of liquids or solids (such as water or flour) that could damage internal circuits.
  • Dies (sold separately). A wide range of dies is available as accessories, allowing you to create all types of pasta to suit your preferences.
