Features of the mincer machine

This electric mincer machine has a structure in solid and hygienic AISI 304 stainless steel, which guarantees the durability of the machine over time.
It is equipped with a high-performance motor which, thanks to self-ventilation, can withstand high work loads without the risk of overheating, while an oil-bath gearbox positioned between the motor and the propeller lightens the effort made during the grinding some meat.
The IP55 protection avoids the risk of damage caused by possible infiltration of liquids and meat residues inside the mechanical and electrical components.
Refrigerated on the neck, mouth and hopper thanks to a 150 Watt refrigerant system with R134 gas.
