Features of the MicroChef 22 Commercial Meat Grinder and Cheese Grater

Made in Italy. Built with a durable anodized aluminum body and shockproof ABS sides, this dual-function machine is designed for heavy-duty professional use and easy cleaning.

Motor. The MicroChef 22 comes with a ventilated 1.5 Hp motor, supported by a gear motor with oil-bath transmission to reduce load and ensure longer life.

Grating tray. The unit includes a large and convenient tray to process bread, cheese, and other ingredients with consistently fine and even results. Grating output: 45 kg/h.

Guaranteed safety. The grater is equipped with two safety micro switches—one on the cheese collection tray and one on the lever - to prevent operation unless the tray is in place and the lever is lowered.

Easy to clean. Both the grating roller and meat grinder head can be easily removed, making cleaning quick and effortless.

Storage drawer. A handy accessory drawer located at the bottom is ideal for storing the stainless steel plate and blade.

Compact size. The MicroChef 22 measures 56 cm wide, 22.5 cm deep, and 49.5 cm high, making it ideal even for smaller workspaces.
