This state-of-the-art professional direct steam electric oven, equipped with a manual control panel, is ideal for restaurants making, thanks to its GastroNorm GN 1/1 trays.

Features of the CHF2011MCN Direct Steam Professional Restaurant Electric Oven

  • Made in Italy. The Chefook convection electric oven is made in Italy; the cooking chamber is constructed from AISI 304 10/10 stainless steel. The chamber's bottom is stamped, and the edges are fully rounded, while the inner glass is hinged and heat-reflective. It is certified with IPX4 and IPX5 water jet protection and holds the CB certification for safety and quality.
  • Convection electric oven. This electric restaurant oven uses convection, meaning it employs an electric fan to evenly distribute heat within the cooking chamber. Thanks to these features and the installed bidirectional ventilation motors, cooking time is significantly reduced, and all food items will be evenly cooked.
  • Direct Steam. The 5-step selector allows you to set the direct steam, which, when introduced into the cooking chamber, is ideal for baking goods like bread, pastries, or fish.
  • Operating Temperature. The electromechanical panel of the professional convection electric oven allows you to adjust the temperature from 100°C to 270°C; the included timer helps you set the cooking time from 10 to 120 minutes/infinity.
  • Dimensions. The oven has a width of 93 cm, a depth of 104,1 cm, and a height of 190 cm, and includes 4 adjustable feet. The provided guides can accommodate up to 20 GastroNorm GN 1/1 trays (not included).
  • Door. The electric restaurant oven features a reversible door with an optional concealed hinge and a door stop with 60°, 90°, 120°, and 180° opening angles. When the oven is in operation, the interior light remains on.
