1-DOOR CLOSABLE BASE STRUCTURE

Advantages of the commercial infrared cooking hob

  • Made in Italy. The structure of the professional ceramic cooktop is made in Italy from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch brite finish. The ceramic glass surface is versatile and can withstand high temperatures, allowing for multiple types of cooking. In addition, it is able to distribute heat evenly, providing homogeneous cooking.
     
  • Electric heating elements. The electric heating elements are able to reach high temperatures and therefore heat the cooking surface by radiation. The heating circuit is circular.
     
  • Cooking zones. The cooking zones are highlighted by a suitable silkscreen printing, so that the pots can be positioned correctly. The professional cooktop has 2 cooking zones of 3 kW each.
     
  • Safety guaranteed. When the professional ceramic cooktop is switched off, the residual heat is indicated by a light, thus avoiding the risk of burns.
     
  • Door (sold separately). If you want to close the base of your kitchen, you can purchase a hinged door.
     
  • Knobs and feet. The knobs of the cooktop are athermal and the feet made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel are adjustable.
