Features of the CHLPC50 Commercial Pass Through Dishwasher

Made in Italy. The CHLPC50 commercial pass through dishwasher by Chefline is built to last. Constructed from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion.

Fast and effective cleaning. The hood type dishwasher offers wash cycles of 90 or 180 seconds, with a washing temperature of 55°C and rinse at 85°C. The Interlock function ensures the rinse only starts once the minimum temperature of 82°C is reached, improving hygiene and saving energy.

User-friendly controls. The intuitive analog control panel makes operating the pass through dishwasher simple. In case of faults, the system displays an alarm for quick troubleshooting.

Precision dosing system. This hood dishwasher is equipped with an electronic detergent dispenser and a mechanical rinse aid dispenser, both adjustable to minimize waste and optimize chemical usage.

High-capacity basket. The industrial pass through dishwasher holds dishes up to 46 cm high. Its 50x50 cm square basket is ideal for plates, glasses, and cutlery, ensuring efficient loading.

Complete accessory set. The hood type dishwashing machine includes:
- 1 50x50 cm plate basket
- 1 50x50 cm glass basket
- 2 cutlery holders

Compact and efficient design. With a depth of 96.2 cm, height of 190.4 cm, and width of 70.5 cm, this commercial hood dishwasher is ideal for restaurants and catering services with limited space. The tank has a capacity of 60 liters.

High-performance wash arms. The independently rotating spray arms in ABS ensure even water distribution and strong spray pressure. They are easy to remove for cleaning and help prevent clogging.

Installation requirements. The inlet water temperature should range between 5°C and 40°C, with an optimal pressure of 2 to 4 bars. Adhering to these parameters ensures optimal performance from your hood type dishwasher machine.
