Made in Italy. This professional cooktop made of AISI 304 stainless steel is equipped with two gas burners and a radiant cooking plate.
Powerful burners. The double-crown (7.4 kW) and single-crown (5.5 kW) cast iron burners offer adjustable cooking power. Piezoelectric ignition and precise flame control ensure optimal user comfort.
Versatile cooking plate. The steel cooking plate, heated by a 15 kW burner, is ideal for searing, simmering, or keeping your dishes warm. Its temperature decreases gradually from the center to the edges, offering different cooking zones.
Safety and durability. The AISI 304 stainless steel guarantees impeccable hygiene and a long lifespan. The safety thermocouple cuts off the gas supply in case of accidental flame extinction.
