The commercial electric griddle is heated by incoloy steel resistors. Incoloy steel is an alloy used for its very high resistance to oxidation and high temperatures.

The temperature regulation (100°C - 240°C) is carried out by means of the thermostat knob located on the front side.

This catering electric griddle is safe to use. A manual reset safety thermostat will switch off the heating elements if the temperature exceeds the maximum limit beyond which there is a risk of damaging them.
