Made in Italy. The Chefook brand countertop gas fry top features a top surface and splash guards made of robust 304 stainless steel, with a built-in smoke exhaust chimney. The ribbed cooking plate is produced in polished hard chrome (15 mm thick). The knobs are made of athermic material.

Plate heating. The plates are heated by means of high-efficiency tubular burners located under the surface. Thanks to the wide flame, the fry top plate will heat evenly.

Flame regulation. The flame intensity can be adjusted using a valve tap, to obtain the desired temperature for your cooking needs.

Safety. In order to ensure operator safety, the gas fry top has burners with piezoelectric ignition. A thermocouple safety valve blocks any gas leaks in the absence of a flame.

Dimensions. The countertop fry top has a width of 40 cm, a depth of 70 cm and a height of 27 cm. The size of the plate surface is 39.4 x 53.2 sq cm.
