Features of the Chefook CHLB40TEV+PS Commercial Glasswasher

Made In Italy. This bar glasswasher is manufactured in Italy using high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its strength and durability. The wash arms are made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene and are easily removable for thorough cleaning. Additionally, the double-walled door enhances insulation for better energy efficiency.
Washing cycle. This Chefook glasswasher offers 5 different wash cycles, with durations of 120, 180, or 600 seconds, and operating temperatures between 50°C and 60°C.
The “SoftStart” system gradually increases the speed of the wash arms, reducing the risk of damage to delicate dishes. Thanks to the “Thermostop” function, the rinse cycle starts only when the water reaches 82°C, ensuring perfect hygiene.
During installation, water pressure should be between 2 and 5 bar.

Electronic controls. The electronic controls allow you to select one of the 5 preset wash programs, including the ECO “Energy Saving” mode, which uses a 50°C temperature for a 5-minute cycle. The integrated display provides real-time alerts for any malfunctions, simplifying maintenance.

Included accessories. The Chefook industrial glasswasher comes with built-in peristaltic dispensers for detergent and rinse aid. Additionally, you will receive:1 round 41 cm diameter basket (maximum glass height: 22 cm) and 1 cutlery holder for teaspoons.

Double Filter System. The filters are made of polypropylene reinforced with 30% fiberglass, increasing their strength and durability. Both filters are interlocking, easy to remove, and simple to clean.

Eco Mode. The ECO function automatically turns off the heating elements after 20 minutes of inactivity. In this mode, the “Start” indicator light blinks to signal standby mode. To restart the commercial dishwasher, simply press the “Start” button again.

Tank capacity. The tank capacity is 11 liters.

Dimensions. The glasswasher has a width of 48 cm, a depth of 51.7 cm, and a height of 69.6 cm.
