Self-Cleaning System and Automatic Drain. The Top Line bar glassware washers’ range is equipped with an innovative self-cleaning system, allowing automatic drainage of dirty water and self-rinsing through a dedicated command. This function saves time and ensures perfect hygiene after every use.
High-Temperature Rinse. After each washing cycle, the bar glasswasher activates the final rinse with clean water at a temperature ranging between 65°C and 82°C, guaranteeing maximum hygiene and the complete elimination of detergent residues.
Cycle Duration and Operational Safety. The washing cycle duration can be selected from the preset options of 120/150/180/240 seconds, or a custom program with washing temperatures between 55°C and 62°C.
With the SoftStart technology, the wash arms start rotating at low speed, gradually increasing until they reach maximum power. This system protects delicate glasses and dishware, preventing damage from excessive pressure.
The timed drain pump optimizes washing efficiency, while the Interlock system ensures maximum safety during operation. During installation, ensure that the water pressure is between 2 and 4 bar for optimal performance.
Advanced Electronic Controls. The digital control panel allows users to select from 5 different languages and choose from 8 preset washing programs, including a custom mode. Thanks to advanced diagnostics, the display alerts users of any malfunctions and provides a detailed error description for quick troubleshooting.

Built-in Peristaltic Dispensers.The Chefook commercial glasswasher includes peristaltic dispensers for detergent and rinse aid, connected to high-reliability pumps. This system ensures precise dosing, optimizing product consumption and reducing waste.
High-Performance Wash Pump. The 450 W PowerWash wash pump guarantees powerful water circulation during the cleaning cycle. The water jet is evenly distributed through the rotating spray arm nozzles, effectively removing even the most stubborn dirt residues.
Pressure Booster Pump. If the incoming water pressure is insufficient, the pressure booster pump enhances the flow, ensuring a uniform and effective rinse cycle.
Air Break System for Perfect Rinsing. To achieve spotless glasses and dishware, the Air Break System ensures a consistent and powerful rinse. Positioned after the water inlet, it automatically activates the rinse cycle when the water temperature reaches 62°C, keeping it stable until the end of the cycle.
The dedicated rinse pump maintains a constant pressure, drawing water directly from the 7-liter boiler, which features a 6000 W heating element. This system enables frequent washing cycles without efficiency loss.
